In the year 3968 of the Oracle calendar, the emperor sent fourteen youths on a mission to seal the invasion of the dark realm Vishtec, arming them with sacred spears. Three died on the journey, and four were struck down as traitors, but it was actually seven of their comrades who betrayed them to claim all the glory. Those seven returned to the capital hailed as the Seven Heroes, while Ascheriit, the swordsman stripped of his honor and branded the traitorous spear, survived by consuming fairy flesh. Twenty years later, having changed his appearance into that of a boy and taken the name Keinzel, his journey of revenge against the Seven Heroes begins.
