It opened nationwide at TOHO Cinemas theaters on January 16, 2010, produced by DLE, with a runtime of roughly 99 minutes. The Eagle Talon gang, having spent a long vacation at their family homes, return to their secret base only to find it ransacked and inventor Dr. Leonard mysteriously missing. The General, who had been counting on the doctor's inventions to pay the rent, rushes off to the doctor's hometown of Texas — only to be met not by the doctor, but by a man calling himself John Jorolin, a dead ringer for Jack Bauer of the TV drama 24. As the shady arms manufacturer Saddlestone Corporation is revealed as the mastermind behind the doctor's disappearance, and the secret of the doctor's true origins comes to light, the comedy builds to what's billed as the series' biggest climax yet.
