Chiharu, an enhanced human, and Makina, a cyborg, are arrested for violating galactic traffic law. Around the same time, enhanced humans Akane and Kanata, along with cyborgs Kart and Max, are also caught by police. Officer Ryoko assigns the whole group community service: cleaning the interplanetary train known as 'Milky☆Subway.'
